encourages people with disabilities to plan their lives according to their own ideas
works with you to develop a roadmap for helping you to help yourself
informs about the needs assessment procedure for participation benefits
offers counseling by counselors with and without disabilities
is committed exclusively to the person seeking advice
Promotes personal responsibility and self-determination of people with disabilities
gets advice seekers thinking and acting with creative consulting methods
offers face-to-face, telephone, and video-based counseling.

The counselors at this counseling center are, in part, people who have personal experience with a disability or participation impairment. This form of counseling is called peer counseling.

Of course, every consultation is confidential and subject to professional secrecy.
